Fertilizers:

The Suhail Bahwan Group has established the following Fertilizer companies:

Sohar International Urea & Chemical Industries SAOC, Oman, which commenced production in May 2009, has within a short period established a reputation globally as a producer of high quality Granular Urea.

The Joint Venture Project in Algeria is in advanced stage of construction and is expected to commence production in 2012.

With the existing fertilizer plant in Oman and the International Projects under construction, the Group is poised to emerge as one of the largest Urea producers in the world.

Chemicals:

Over the last decade, we have emerged as a major player in this sector producing like battery grade sulphuric acid and trading in industrial chemicals such as Granular Sulphur, HCl, laboratory chemicals and lab ware items. We also export our products to the GCC countries and Africa.
